Sunken

Apollo Bay Gin Distillery is the only distillery on the Great Ocean Road producing boutique and local gin. I have created a brand refresh that would attract a more youthful audience and broaden their reach. My strategy centers around the brand’s pride in the town’s rich nautical history; more specifically the ships still under the ocean's surface along its coast. ‘Sunken’ emphasizes this idea of what lurks in the deepest depths of the ocean, with a dark colour palette and distorted graphic treatment of all its elements. The bottle is covered in hand-sculpted clay barnacles.
